This solution is customized specifically for robotic wolves, based on a bionic dual-ear multi-microphone array design. It is highly compatible with the installation space, power supply/transmission requirements of the robotic wolf's head. It integrates 30-meter high-definition sound pickup, precise noise reduction, and multi-dimensional acoustic recognition into a miniaturized hardware module. The network port achieves low-latency and packet-loss-free data interaction, fully matching the overall operational logic of the device.

Key design highlights

1. Highly compatible hardware: Installed above the camera on the head of the robot wolf, it is powered by a 12V DC wide voltage supply. Equipped with a custom shockproof bracket, it features a 4-microphone bionic dual-ear array (2 microphones on each side), with silicone shock absorption and concealed wiring. It does not obstruct the camera or cause physical interference, and the overall power consumption is ≤2W.

2. Lightweight operation on the edge: The core algorithms are all implemented in local embedded modules, without relying on the cloud. It takes into account both electromagnetic interference resistance and mechanical shock resistance, adapting to complex outdoor environments and machine vibration conditions.

3. Flexible and scalable: The speech vocabulary, voiceprint database, and sound source type algorithm library support remote upgrades, and the sound pickup parameters can be dynamically calibrated, resulting in low maintenance costs.

Core functionality and performance

High-definition sound pickup + precise noise reduction

It achieves ultra-long-range high-definition sound pickup with a range of 30 meters, featuring a frequency response of 100Hz~10kHz and a directional sound pickup beam. With dual-level noise reduction, both hardware and software, the noise filtering rate of the device is ≥95%, and the signal-to-noise ratio after ambient noise reduction is ≥35dB. It precisely filters out inherent noise from motors/fans and suppresses ambient noise.

Multi-dimensional acoustic intelligent recognition

Operating on both the client and server sides, with low latency and high accuracy, it provides the robot wolf with comprehensive sound environment perception capabilities:

· Sound source recognition: Accurate positioning within a 30-meter range with an angle tolerance of ±5° and a distance tolerance of ±1 meter, achieving a type recognition accuracy rate of ≥90%;

· Speech recognition: Offline/lightweight online dual-mode, customized exclusive command library, recognition accuracy rate ≥95%, compatible with real-time command response;

· Voiceprint recognition: 1:1/1:N dual mode, with an accuracy rate of ≥98%, and a voiceprint database capacity of ≥1000 entries, enabling specific target identity verification.

High-speed and stable transmission

Industrial-grade RJ45 network port, with real-time transmission of audio data and recognition results, low end-to-end delay, and a packet loss rate of no less than 99.9%.

Reliable system guarantee

1. Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature -40℃~70℃, shockproof and temperature-resistant, suitable for outdoor complex working conditions such as high and low temperatures, vibration, etc;

2. Fault protection: Module self-testing, real-time fault alarm; microphone array redundancy design, automatic switching mode in case of single microphone failure, ensuring basic function operation;

3. Remote maintenance: Remote upgrade of algorithm models and various databases through network ports, without dismantling the machine, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
